FWM support FWA Live activity

Fast Web Media has continued its digital partnership with the Football Writers’ Association by providing online support for their first live panel, FWA Live.

The event, which will take place at the Imagination Gallery in Central London on Wednesday 16th May, will be themed around this summer’s Euro 2012 tournament and England’s hopes of winning it.

The panel will be hosted by Brian Woolnough of the Daily Star and Sky Sports’ Sunday Supplement and will feature Henry Winter (Daily Telegraph), Shaun Custis (The Sun), Andy Dunn (Sunday Mirror) and Matt Lawton (Daily Mail).

Match of the Day host Gary Lineker and FA Group Communications Director Adrian Bevington are the special guests, while Sky Sports’ Charlotte Jackson will be taking questions from the audience.

Fast Web Media set up a Paypal account to allow the Football Writers’ Association to accept bookings, and created the page on the FWA site that the information and payment functionality sits on. As part of our ongoing digital partnership with the Association, we are promoting FWA Live on-site and through Twitter and Facebook.

Fast Web Media would also like to extend its congratulations to Robin van Persie, who has been named the Football Writers’ Association’s Footballer of the Year.

The Arsenal captain will be given his award at a ceremony at the Lancaster London on May 3rd and FWM will be in attendance to celebrate his victory.
