“Due to the very nature of the internet, global opportunities are growing significantly,” Mike says.
“A big challenge for us is languages and local know how. We now recruit employees for all roles with other language skills and also with backgrounds of living in other countries.
“A partnership with a good international translation agency with localisation services is almost a pre-requisite now also, to effectively provide digital marketing content within other territories.”
